Return & Refund Policy

No Returns & No Refunds

All purchases made on You Exec are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Lack of use
  • Subscription cancellation after purchase
  • Failure to download or access content

Subscription Acknowledgment

Upon purchase, users are granted instant access to digital resources and/or subscription benefits. This immediate access makes refunds impractical and non-reversible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review all product details, pricing, and subscription terms before completing the transaction.

Exceptions

No exceptions are guaranteed or implied. Any exception, if ever made, is at the sole discretion of You Exec and does not establish precedent.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Before filing any chargeback, dispute, or claim with a credit card issuer, bank, Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment processor, users agree to first contact You Exec Support to attempt to resolve the issue.

Processor Rules & Dispute Processing Fees

Processor Rules Acknowledgment

Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal treat chargebacks as formal disputes initiated outside the merchant's system. When a chargeback is filed:

  • The payment processor immediately withdraws the disputed amount
  • A non-refundable dispute processing fee is charged to the merchant
  • This fee is assessed regardless of dispute outcome
  • The fee is imposed by the card network or processor, not by You Exec

Stripe and PayPal currently charge merchants a dispute processing fee that is typically $25 per dispute, subject to change by the processor at any time.

Pass-Through of Dispute Processing Fees

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting You Exec Support, the user agrees that:

  • The processor-imposed dispute fee charged to You Exec may be passed through to the user
  • This fee represents a direct, non-recoverable cost incurred by You Exec as a result of the dispute
  • The fee is not a penalty, surcharge, or service fee, but a reimbursement of actual processor costs
  • The fee applies only when a dispute is filed without first attempting resolution through You Exec Support

Good-Faith Resolution

You Exec is committed to resolving customer issues in good faith. Many concerns can be resolved quickly when contacted directly, without triggering external dispute mechanisms that create unnecessary costs for both parties. Users are encouraged to contact support first to avoid delays, account restrictions, and dispute-related fees imposed by payment processors.
